Free Red Bull Mobile SIM
I’ve got a free Red Bull Mobile SIM for their new GSM network in Australia. I got it because I have some Klout.
If you are fast and in Australia, you can get a free Red Bull SIM too.
If it works for you, please “like” this post on Facebook, +1 it on Google Plus or comment below as a sign of thanks.

iPad for me
I’ll probably be getting a iPad when it’s released in Australia. I replaced my blackberry with my first generation iPhone, plus my 15″ laptop stays home too. I can email and web-surf directly from the iPhone. I take the laptop if I want to update a spreadsheet or write but I’m tethered by battery life and the Compaq gets too hot for my lap.
An iPad fixes web research on the iphone – I can see and read a whole page on its big screen. If I get a bluetooth keyboard I’ll even be able to type normally with some sort of cradle/dock.

How to pronounce Pfizer
My wife was watching commercial TV tonight and an ad came on saying Australians should get a cholesterol test. This ad and the website being promoted is sponsored by Pfizer Australia. That was in small print in screen at the bottom. So I’m guessing Pfizer sells the leading cholesterol treatment.
Prime time TV ads for drug companies. I thought that was only in America. Very dodgey. Good marketing though.
I’ve just deleted a whole section where I named trademarks, but I’m concerned it will just attract a whole lot of spam plus get this post trapped for my email subscribers.
iTunes opens in Australia
Hooray at last.
The iTunes Australian store has opened after years of wrangling and negotiating.
It seems the last holdout distributor in the Australian market finally joined the 21st century.
